Copier Fax Business Technologies Inc. is Buffalo's oldest and largest independent Konica Minolta dealer. Headquartered in Buffalo, New York, we have been providing businesses with Konica Minolta office technology since 1990.

With a dedication to service and a commitment to our clients, Copier Fax Business Technologies, Inc. employs over 20 people and has offices in downtown Buffalo at our corporate facility, located at 465 Ellicott Street.

Our 8200 square foot facility has a massive warehouse for local shipping of your supplies when you need them. There is no 800 number to call. We are right here, always eager to please and satisfy your needs.

We also pride ourselves on the tenure of our service department. Our service manager has been with us for over 18 years and many of our engineers have been with us for over a decade. We are dedicated to our staff and our clients.

In our Service Department, all of our field engineers have earned the Silver Seal of Excellence from Konica Minolta. This award is granted
to the top 10% of engineers throughout the United States. One of our
field engineers has just been awarded the Gold Seal of Excellence, which is awarded to the top 2% of engineers.

We have been granted the coveted Pro-tech Service Award two years
in a row, 2008 & 2009. This award is only granted to the service departments with the highest level of quality.
